Matlab API stopping

Post by lguiz »

Hello,

I'm currently using a 4824 PicoScope on a 14.04 Ubuntu distribution to acquire Voltage signals. My issue occurs when I use the Matlab API to run the PicoScope, it appears that the script is stopped while voltage becomes out of range. Currently in +-1 V mode, it happens that the voltage goes up to 5 V during very short pics. I would like to know what parameter check to see if any security is activated during overload. By the way, Pico API is working well and don't give me the same issue.

Best regards.

Hi

Are you able to give any more specifics about what you're seeing, any error codes returned during the running of the code?
Are you using one of the examples from the MATLAB addons?

Hello,
I'm using PS4000A_ID_Streaming_Example.m with some modifications. I'm not seeing any errors, the Matlab script is still active but no longer collecting data. I would like to know if there is an overload detection threshold in the code that could block the script.
