AttributeError: 'Ps6000alib' object has no attribute 'DEFAULT_RESOLUTION'

Post by krish »

Hi,
I am attempting to install PicoSDK and PicoScope on a Debian-based Docker image. I have successfully installed PicoSDK using the pip command (pip install picosdk). The installed version of PicoSDK is 1.1, and the Python version is 3.9.

I have followed the steps to download the PicoScope software on the Linux system, but I am encountering the following error.

- Import public key (only once, no need to repeat)

sudo bash -c 'wget -O- https://labs.picotech.com/Release.gpg.key | gpg --dearmor > /usr/share/keyrings/picotech-archive-keyring.gpg'

- Configure your system repository

sudo bash -c 'echo "deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/picotech-archive-keyring.gpg] https://labs.picotech.com/picoscope7/debian/ picoscope main" >/etc/apt/sources.list.d/picoscope7.list'

- Update package manager cache

sudo apt-get update

- Install PicoScope

sudo apt-get install picoscope
AttributeError: 'Ps6000alib' object has no attribute 'DEFAULT_RESOLUTION'
Unfortunately, I cannot identify the reason behind the error. Could you please assist me with this issue?
