15 and 20 GHz sampling oscilloscope with integrated TDR/TDT
PicoScope 9311-20 sampling oscilloscope
The PicoScope 9311 oscilloscopes are 2‑channel sampling oscilloscopes with 15 or 20 GHz bandwidth and 15 TS/s (64 fs) sequential sampling.

Both models also feature integrated TDR/TDT step generators, for time-domain reflectometry and transmission analysis of many types of device. This is single-ended on the 9311‑15, and differential and deskewable on the 9311‑20.
Stuart Murlis, Field Applications Engineer at Pico, uses the TDR functionality of the PicoScope 9311‑20 to measure the 50 Ω mismatched Beatty line on our Network Metrology Training Kit.
